What we collect, why, and what we do not.

What we collect

Your email address and a hashed password if you create an account; your purchases, claims and downloads if you use one; and standard technical logs needed to keep the service secure and running.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. CROOVIO never sees or stores your full card number.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action it, subject to what we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a small number of functional cookies. We do not run advertising trackers.
