The rules for using CROOVIO.
What CROOVIO is
CROOVIO is a marketplace. It sells downloadable digital crochet patterns from independent designers, and it sells a membership that grants access to those patterns. CROOVIO is not the author of every pattern it sells — the designer is named on each product page.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
Digital products and refunds
Patterns are delivered as digital files immediately after purchase. Because a PDF cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once a pattern has been downloaded. If a file is broken, wrong, or not what its page described, contact us and we will make it right.
Licence
You may use a purchased or claimed pattern to make personal items for yourself, as gifts, or for sale in small quantities. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or share the pattern file itself, whether modified or not.
Membership
A membership gives you a monthly allowance of unlocks and a daily allowance. Everything you unlock stays in your library permanently, including after you cancel. Cancelling stops future billing at the end of the period you have already paid for.
