Refund Policy
How refunds work, plainly.
On digital patterns
A pattern is yours the moment the download is available. If it is not what you expected, or the file is damaged, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it. We do not ask you to give it back — deleting the file is enough.
On memberships
Cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again. If you cancel within 7 days of a renewal we will refund that renewal at your request.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it usually takes 3 to 10 working days to appear.
Something wrong with an order
If a payment was taken twice, or an order never produced a download, contact us and we will fix it without you needing to argue for it.
